HOLIDAY EXTENDED RETURN POLICY
All purchases from 11-20 to 12-25 can be returned until January 10th for an exchange or refund.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of original purchase date and we will give you return instructions. We will gladly issue a refund* as long as the item(s) have not been used, washed or damaged and are in the same condition as when you received them in unopened original packaging.
Only items returned within 14 days of their original shipment date will be eligible for a cash refund. Items returned after 14 days will be issued store credit.
No refunds available for sale items, only exchange or store credit.
Shoe Return Policy
We accept returns for shoes 14 days from the date of receipt only if there is a defect in the shoe, or if they are unworn. Any shoe that has wear on it without a defect can NOT be returned. All returns must come with the original shoe box if shipped with the shoe box. There will be a 20% fee for items which are returned with obvious wear or when footwear packaging is damaged.

International Customs Duties
International Shipping Policies Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. Your shipping charge will vary based on weight and country of destination. Your package will be subject to customs/duties charges. Fly Mode is not responsible for customs/duties charges. These costs are determined by your local customs office. Fly Mode cannot determine, in advance, what these fees will be. We do try to minimize these charges by listing the ÃÂwholesaleÃÂ cost of your package on the commercial invoice rather than the retail value. This provides the customs agents with a true, legal value, while minimizing your costs. We cannot mark International orders as a "gift"ÃÂ in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees since this is an illegal practice and as an established business we will not do this. For more information on customs and duties charges, please contact your local customs office. Canadian Customers: Please allow 5-10 days to reach its destination. Canadian customs sets taxes, duties and brokerage fees on commercial goods shipped to The Great White North. These fees will be determined at the border. Fly Mode cannot determine, in advance, what these fees will be. GST (Goods & Services Tax) and PST (Provincial Sales Tax) vary based on the province to which your gear is shipped and on its value. The duty is determined by the value of the merchandise and its place of origin (think NAFTA). Goods that are totally made in the USA will be duty free! But, still subject to GST/PST.
